Yes what you’re hearing in blogosphere is true the alleged photo scandal of Angelika Panganiban is spreading like wildfire on the internet. What you can see in the picture was Angelika Panganiban topless busy fixing her bra when it was taken. The other photo scandal involves her boyfriend Derek Ramsay wherein her hand was inside Derek’s boxer short. The said scandal with Derek was proven to be true since it was admitted by himself during an interview with “The Buzz”.
To be honest, I already saw Angelika’s topless photo probably many months ago but I did not give much weight on it since I don’t believe that it was her depicted on the picture. I also consider what technology is capable of doing at this point in time.
