me and my friends spend a nyt swimming on jeds…their staff mentioned us that “ma’am my roving security guard kami dyan” “pwede nyo po iwan ang belongings nyo basta paharang nlng ng mesa sa cottage”…
we lose our things..such as money and cp…and we know we also have faults on this…but the question is what assistance they offer? are they concerned to customers?…
ni report namin sa management but ang sagot lng nila “wala na po kaming magagawa”…yun lng….ni hindi man lng nag offer na “ma’am baka nid nyo po ng cellphone para mkatawag kayo sa ksama nyo sa labas”…at ang security guard 2 hrs after the incident bago nagpunta sa cottage…
and kinausap namin yung on duty manager nung april 15…ang sinagot p nya…” aq nga po kakalipat lng ng office namin…nilapag q lng yung cp q tapos nawala na agad”…
they know that they are lacking on security but they don’t do anything…
hindi raw cla kulang ng paalala..pero wala silang mga paskil sa mga cottage…f dadaanin sa announcement..musta naman f marinig sa lakas ng music…
at sa mga oras n yun tinatanong p samin yung OR# namin…gayong sinabi na namin na kasama yun s nkuha..we ask if they have a duplicate copy? meron naman daw..kaso sa dami raw ng nag inquire matatagalan daw bgo mahanap yung O.R # namin…my God!!! hindi b cla computerized?…hindi b cla gumagamit ng software?
at mga guard…nilapitan na namin pero binara p kmi…ganda ng service nuh…
w/o customers your resort wil be nothing…sana you give importance to them…
in times na ganito…dapat they show concern to their customer…they can’t be blame on our lost thing….but we are very disappointed on how they hold the situation….
sayang ang mgandang lugar na gaya nito…sa bulok na systema…
