Brooklyn Pizza Philippines, Menu, Delivery number can be found below. Yesterday we ate at Brooklyn Pizza Robinsons Place Manila Branch, we plan to eat at Shakeys but for a change we gave it a try. It is our first time to eat at Brooklyn Pizza but then we are satisfied with the food. We order Creamy Pesto with Chicken Parmigiana for P230 (good for two people) and half of 18” DeLuxe Pizza for P360. The Creamy Pesto taste great in fact my wife even said that their version taste better than of Chef d’ Angelo’s. The taste of their pizza is also unique, what I like most about Brooklyn is you can customize their pizza in the sense that you can buy Whole, Half, Four flavors and or per slice. If given a chance we will again eat at Brooklyn Pizza to try other pizza and pasta recipes.

Birthday Cake from Estrel’s

My son had his 5th birthday yesterday June 23. We’re choosing between Red Ribbon and Estrel’s as Birthday cake for him. At first we thought that cakes made by Estrel’s are expensive but upon comparing both it seems that Red Ribbon cakes are priced higher than Estrel’s so we chose the latter instead. We bought 12” x 16” Birthday cake with filling for P1650.

We receive good feedback from our guests after tasting the cake and even my son who doesn’t like eating cakes said “tatay masarap yung cake” (Father the cake is delicious). Though there is one disadvantage of Estrel’s and that is they only have one branch which does not offer delivery so if you’re not residing within Quezon City or Manila better think twice of getting there. Estrel’s cakes expire one day after the date of purchase because they are without preservatives but I don’t consider it as disadvantage because for sure with its superior taste it won’t last for a day.

Romantic Dinner via Sun Cruise near Harbour Square

Planning for a romantic dinner for your love ones can be so tough especially if you have the least idea on how and where to spend it. If you haven’t experience dinner on a cruise then this can serve as a suggestion, an alternative to dinner with candle light as well. My family plan to go aboard few weeks ago but unfortunately the docking area of the cruise was move from where it used to be. I don’t know where the new location is, until I checked their site.

Rates:
Dinner set for only Php550 per person net, inclusive of over an hour bay cruise via M/V Spirit of Manila, it includes live entertainment from an acoustic band.

This poster was brought home by my wife when she attended a medical product presentation in some places (I don’t know where). She told me that when she read the entire message she felt a bit of guilt (I also felt that too) probably because we Parents are actually doing the opposite way. To those parents or soon to be this can be your guide in taking good care of your children. When you felt that you are about to lose control because your children are totally out of control come back here and read it over to help you think clearer.

1. Don’t spoil me. I know quite well that I ought not have all that I ask for, I’m only testing you.

2. Don’t be afraid to be firm with me, I prefer it. It makes me feel more secure.

14. Don’t be inconsistent. That completely confuses me and makes me lose faith in you.

15. Don’t tell me my fears are silly, they are terribly real and you can do much to reassure me if you try to understand.

16. Don’t put me off when I ask questions. If you do, you will find that I will stop asking and seek my information elsewhere.

17. Don’t even suggest that you are perfect or infallible, it gives me too great a shock when I discover that you are neither.

18. Don’t even think that it is beneath your dignity to apologize to me, an honest apology makes me surprisingly warm toward you.

19. Don’t forget how quickly I am growing up. It must be very difficult to keep pace with me, but please do try.

20. Don’t forget I love experimenting. I couldn’t get on without it so please put up with it.

Explanation Why Wedding Ring was Worn in the fourth finger

This may be best and convincing explanation yet why wedding ring was worn at the fourth finger. I have tried what was being told in the video and it was true that the fourth finger was inseparable at least this would minimize my doubt. The explanation was said to be from the Chinese where in every finger stands for each member of your family. The thumb represents your parents, your index finger represents your siblings (brothers and sisters), the middle finger represents yourself, your ring finger represents your spouse and last your little finger represents your children. Try it for yourself and give me feedback it this video was wrong.

I saw this article from one of my friends account again in facebook. I don’t know who wrote about this but I was touch with the story. I am against abortion that is why I’m posting this to my blog, to help spread the word about this inhumane doings of some.

Hi, Mommy. I’m your baby. You don’t know me yet, I’m only a few weeks old. You’re going to find out about me soon, though, I promise. Let me tell you some things about me. My name is John, and I’ve got beautiful brown eyes and black hair. Well, I don’t have it yet, but I will when I’m born. I’m going to be your only child, and you’ll call me your one and only. I’m going to grow up without a daddy mostly, but we have each other. We’ll help each other, and love each other. I want to be a doctor when I grow up.

You found out about me today, Mommy! You were so excited, you couldn’t wait to tell everyone. All you could do all day was smile, and life was perfect. You have a beautiful smile, Mommy. It will be the first face I will see in my life, and it will be the best thing I see in my life. I know it already.

Today was the day you told Daddy. You were so excited to tell him about me! …He wasn’t happy, Mommy. He kind of got angry. I don’t think that you noticed, but he did. He started to talk about something called wedlock, and money, and bills, and stuff I don’t think I understand yet. You were still happy, though, so it was okay. Then he did something scary, Mommy. Free Hugs from Manila Philippines Here

This was shown in one of my college schoolmate’s facebook profile. I found it to be interesting because I never happened to see situation like this where people whom you don’t know would be willing to offer you a hug. If I’m not mistaken I was able to watch a scene like this but in a different setting, in one of the episodes of Ripley’s believe it or not where a man was also holding a huge card written on it was a request to a woman to donate her bra for a cause. I remember that man was able to make very huge ball using those bra materials. If I would be able to see someone holding this card I would be willing to give him / her a hug. :-)

Omegle Not Safe for Children

Never Leave Your Child alone with Omegle in the Philippines or even in other countries like Tunisia because its not safe. I meet this new online chatting medium on the internet its name was Omegle.  Omegle allows you to talk / chat with strangers online just like in Chatroulette, you would be chatting with anyone at random basis in one-on-one chatting window. This chatting medium also uses webcam to see the other party during video conferencing. You would normally have this two word “you” and “strangers” as your chat names.

I suggest not to allow your child use omegle because chatting using this medium has no restrictions on age since the pairing system during chat was random you cannot choose what type, age, personality would your child be able to meet and see during the video conferencing. The last time I chat in Omegle, I was able to see  woman / man at random doing things that only an 18 year old person can comprehend.

Good side of this is it was very user friendly in the sense that you would only need to click one link at a time even a child who knows the basics of the internet can be able to operate it due to its simplicity. I have below some of the wholesome pictures I captured during the chat thru Omegle.

In my opinion it is not safe for children so you better not leave your child alone with Omegle.
