I have alcatel ot-802y last january 13,2012. I buy it at pinoy photo center “fuji film camigui”. I send it already for service, and pinoy photo forwarded it to city light telecom center@module 4 limketkai center cagayan de oro city. They returned it. Say its okey. But the phone still cant view videos on youtube that’s my problem. Its says connections failed.

My alcatel glory promoted by sun cellular shop was brought to your service center two weeks ago at SM Megamall branch because of defective touch screen. Defect is covered by your warranty period. To date, it has not yet been repaired and as I am trying to contact your megamall branch, no one is answering the telephone numbers given to us. Do you have this poor service if we don;t have to shell out cash because the unit is under warranty? Kindly have the heart to give me feedback. Unit is already poor, hopefully you can make it up thru your service.

We return the unit of Alcatel Onetouch C9 we bought to SM Dasmarinas Cavite –L1 Service Center –operated by MemoXpress, we just only bought this last August 23 and return August 25 due to deadpixel on the phone, they said it will only be 1 day and they will text us once ready for pick up. Me and my husband both working and we’re just only waiting for the text confirmation if this could be ready for pick up but still not one contacted us.

I just wanna ask if how long it would takes to repair my Alcatel glory 2. The damaged was the ON and OFF key and the headphones can’t be disabled though you already removed it. I send it last July and they say i will wait 2-3 months because they will send it to manila but its already November and I haven’t received any messages from the save and earn. I tried to visit save and earn just to get some updates about my phone but they just telling me 3 months is just an allowance time! Is that all you can do to your costumers? Making them wait? 3 months is long period of time to repair my phone and if you can’t repair it to the maximum time you’ve giving me which is (2-3 months) then i was expect you have another way to cater your costumer’s problem instead of making them wait! I was really disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
