HI, I need help! The keypad/keyboard of my asus notebook is not working so I decided to disabled its function and buy a separate keyboard . To open its wifi connectivity I had to press (fn+f2) but these key is not working if I do it on my separate keyboard and I tried it also the on-board-screen-keyboard. As I browse the functtions of keyboard shortcut keys I found out (fn+f2) work as a different function but not to open wifi. I think this function is only available if keypad is working. May I know the alternatives.

i have own padfone ME 371 and my problem is the micro sd system. i inserted the micro sd 16 GB and its not working,all my download games,applications such as fb,ym,etc are automatically downloaded in internal memory instead in micro sd. tnx

I bought a laptop 2nd hand ( model: G71gx ) but no manual included… I tried downloading manual thru asus support but i got confuse because so many language to choose from and cant find english translation…i got 2 question
First… the seller told me that the light from the lid cover and front side ( i do not know how to call it ) can be changeable ( from blue, red, green etc.) but i do not know how to change it.
2nd… instead of downloading the manual I rather buy the manual instead…where can i buy that here in the Philippines?

I just bouhgt my Zenfone 4 3 days ago from Memo Express in SM San Lazaro. Now, its LCD is already broken. No damage to the gorilla glass and plastic back case. I went back to where I bought \ it, and they say it’ll take months to know If “ASUS will even consider to replace my unit” they also say that they won’t be able to replace it from their store and that I should go to a service center myself. They gave me two phone numbers, but only one of them worked! The person on the other line says they only attend to PC customer care, then gave me yet another number to call (for, it seems, GigaHertz in Quiapo). When I called that number, no one answered. Now I searched online for ASUS service centers, and came up to your website. My question is this: How long does it ususally take for Asus to respond to my concerns???Will it be part of the warranty? Is there such thing as 7-day replcement policy for ASUS????

I have zenfone 6, bought in taiwan 5 days ago. But now the screen is not working fine.Kapag inoopen ko na po yung power button hndi po gumagana, blangko lang sya o puro black lang. And it glitches often. I have to turn off then turn on the power button multiple times before it wakes up. What should I do? Is there a problem with the power button or in the screen? Good Day Ma’am/Sir. I just want to ask about your Service Center? I bought a Zenfone 5 just last December 2014 because honestly I awe your phones more than any other brands of phones we have here in the Philippines but 2 months ago I’ve found out that my Zenfone 5 was not charging normally, it would take more or less 12 hrs before having a hundred percent batt, that’s why I decided to avail it’s warrantty so I returned it to the store where I bought it, at Meetrovi SM City General Santos, and that was on the 23rd of May, this year, and it’s been 2 months but still they can’t give any updates about my phone, can you please help me, I really really really need it specially that it’s a big help for me as student and our class will start 2 weeks from now. I hope you can help me and answer this.
