How Long is the Call Center Course in Hours?
The “Finishing course for call center agents” duration is around 100 hours. The qualification level for this course is NC II.
The course will cover 2 modules. The first module is “Communicating Effectively in Customer Contact Center” which would take around 60 hours. The second module is “Render Quality Customer Service” which is around 40 hours to finish. Here are other courses related to call center courses with duration:
- English Proficiency for Customer Service Workers – 100 hours
- English Proficiency for Customer Service Workers / Providers – 138 hours
- Contact Center Services NC II – 144 hours
- Finishing Course for Legal Transcription – 160 hours
- Medical Transcription NC II – 396 hours
