CM has released their newest device that crosses the smartphone and phablet category – Cherry Mobile Flare 3, priced for only P3999.
Dubbed as “Phablet ng Bayan,” the device sports a 5-inch touchscreen display. It is powered by a 1.3GHz Quad-core processor and runs on the latest Android KitKat 4.4. It has a built-in dual camera: 8MP rear and 3MP front.
