DepEd Suspends Classes (August 2) in Metro Manila and Areas of Calabarzon

DepEd or (Department of Education) declared that classes in NCR today August 2 have been suspended for pre-school level up to high school (Secondary) due to non-stop heavy rain brought by Southwest monsoon.
DepEd also added that classes in Calabarzon are also suspended particularly on the areas of Rodriguez Rizal, Rosario Cavite and Calamba City.

The Department of Education (DepEd) announced today that all classes from pre-school to high school levels have been suspended due to insistent heavy rains brought by the Southwest Monsoon.

DepEd also confirmed that classes have been called off in Calamba City, Rodriguez Rizal and Rosario Cavite.

Yesterday DepEd suspended classes in Navotas ES, Navotas ES 1 and Bagumbayan ES due to high tide concerns.
