  • It makes me think that water can do all these things? Whoaw…. although I’ve been drinking a glass of water everyday for the past 4 months, i think my health has improved. And that makes me thirsty. But why do Filipinos love to drink cold water so much? Is it because of the warm climate that we experience here that makes them drink cold water? Or is it just psychology – that they think cold water quenches thirst? Either way, water is here. And it is going down my throat. And I’m thankful we have water. Thanks for the great info. Be sure to keep drinking 4 cans of water everyday ( the best that I can). Whow…. and that’s a lot of water before breakfast.
