A Biller in BPI refers to a person, merchant, and company to whom you will pay or transfer your bank funds on a regular basis.
You can enroll a Biller in BPI using the mobile app, and via the official website of BPI.
You only need to enroll a Biller once but you will be able to use it to pay your recurring bills on a regular basis. Enrolling a biller also helps speed up making a banking transaction since the account details of the biller are already saved in your BPI account.
You can choose from more than 600 billers and be able to enroll a maximum of 99 billers to your BPI Mobile App and on the online website.
How to Enroll a Biller in BPI via the Mobile App
The BPI Mobile App is the official mobile application of the Bank of the Philippine Islands. You can download the App from the App Store and Google Play.
To enroll a biller in BPI via the mobile app, login to your BPI bank account using the mobile app, go to the other services tab then to manage billers and payees. Afterward, tap the add new recipient, then add a biller. Below are the 6 steps to do it.
Step 1: Log in to your BPI account using the Mobile App
Open the bpi mobile app on your smartphone and log in to your account by inputting your username and password in the given space.

Step 2: Go to the Other Services tab then tap the Manage Billers and Payees
At the accounts page, tap the three lines located at the top left corner of your mobile screen to see the left sidebar menu. In the choices tap the “Other Services” tab.
In the list of choices, tap Manage Billers and Payees.
Step 3: Tap the Add New Recipient then choose Biller
The recipient can be a biller, another person’s account, prepaid cards, prepaid phones, and other prepaid merchants. Since you want to enroll a biller, choose biller in the choices.

Step 4: Select the Biller name and input the reference number
The Biller name in BPI is arranged in alphabetical order. Swipe up or down until you find the biller’s name on the list. Afterward, input in the given space the reference number. Once done, tap the red Next button.

Step 5: Confirm your Biller details then enter the one-time PIN in the mobile app
The BPI mobile app will ask you if the details that you have input are correct. What you have to do is verify them by tapping the red Confirm button.
Afterward, bpi will send a text message containing the 6-digit one-time PIN to your registered mobile number. Input the PIN to the mobile app. Then tap the red submit button.

Step 6: Receive an Enroll Biller Successful Notification
BPI mobile app will show on the screen the enroll biller successful notification. BPI will also send the details of your transaction to your registered email account.
How to Enroll a Biller in BPI Online via the Website
The official website of the Bank of the Philippine Islands is www.bpi.com.ph.
To enroll a biller in BPI online via the website, login to your account on the BPI’s official website, go to the other services tab then to manage billers and payees. Afterward, tap the add new recipient, and then add a biller. Below are the 6-step guide to do it.
Step 1: Access the BPI Bank Website and Login with your Account
The website of the BPI is www.bpi.com.ph. Type the said URL on the search bar of your favorite web browser to access the latter.
Afterward, tap the red “Login” button located in the top right corner of your computer monitor screen. Then in the given space input your username and password.

Step 2: Go to the Other Services tab then to Manage Billers and Payees
On your BPI account’s homepage, go to the “Other Services” tab located on the left sidebar. It will redirect you to the list of services that you can perform on your BPI account.
In the list of choices, under Manage Recipient, tap “Manage Billers and Payees”.
On the top right corner, tap the “Add New Recipient” link.
Step 3: Add New Recipient then choose Biller
The type of recipients in BPI are Billers, Other Person’s Accounts, Prepaid Cards, Prepaid Phones, and Other Prepaid Merchants. Since you will enroll at a new biller, then select “Billers” in the list of choices.

Step 4: Select the Biller name and input the reference number
The Biller name is arranged in alphabetical order. Using your mouse, scroll up or down until you find the Biller’s name on the list. Afterward, input in the given space the reference number.
Step 5: Confirm the Biller details then Input the One time PIN in the Website
The BPI online website will ask you if the details that you have input are correct. What you have to do is verify them by tapping the red Confirm button.
Afterward, the BPI website will send a text message containing the 6-digit one-time PIN to your registered mobile number. Input the PIN to the website. Then tap the red Submit button.

How to Unenroll a Biller in BPI
To unenroll a Biller in BPI, log in to BPI Online with your account. On your account’s homepage, proceed to the “Other Services” tab and then to “Manage Billers and Payees”. Under “Billers” tap the trash bin icon next to the Biller name that you want to be unenrolled.
What is the Reference Number in BPI Biller Enrollment?
The reference number in BPI Biller Enrollment is either your Account Number, Contract Account Number, or your Bank Reference Number with the biller. If you will enroll the University or College as the Biller your reference number can be your student number.
Can I Buy Prepaid Cellphone Electronic Loads in BPI?
Yes, you can buy prepaid cellphone electronic loads in BPI. To do so, login to your BPI mobile app, or to the online website. Afterward, proceed to the “Payments/Load” tab located at the left sidebar. Tap the “Load Prepaid Phone” tab at the top portion of the website. Then fill in the requirement details such as Telco Network, mobile number, and the electronic load amount.
