4 Steps to Register Your Globe or TM SIM Card in 5 Minutes

You can register your TM SIM and Globe SIM via Globe Telecom’s website, in the GlobeOne App, and in the Assisted Registration Sites. The fastest and simplest way to register your TM or Globe SIM card is through the GlobeOne App.

In this article, I will share with you how I register my SIM in the GlobeOne App as well as on the Globe’s website in 5 minutes or less. Just to note, TM SIM card users can follow the same process to register their SIM.

How to Register TM and Globe SIM on the Telco’s Website

Step 1: Go to the Official Website of Globe and Visit the SIM Registration Page

At the homepage, go to the top right part of the website to see the “Mobile” link. Mouse over to the latter to see the dropdown menu. In the choices, select “Prepaid” located underneath the “Postpaid” link. It will redirect you to a new page.

Scroll to the middle of the page until you see the white “Register Your 5G SIM” button link. Go to the link, it will redirect you to the Globe SIM Registration page.

Scroll down to the middle of the page until you see the blue “Register Now” button. Go to the link as it will lead you to the SIM registration form.

Step 2: Enter your TM/Globe SIM card number in the given space

Scroll down to the middle part of the website until you see the “Register Your SIM Now” form. In the given space enter your 10-digit Globe SIM number. Then, hit the blue “Register” button.

Afterward, check your cellphone because Globe Telecom will send the OTP to it. Enter the 6-digit OTP in the given space.

The OTP is only valid for 5 minutes. If you did not enter the OTP within the given timeframe, you have to request again for another OTP.

Step 3: Input your Personal Information in the Form

Under the “Tell us about yourself” form. In the given space input your first name, middle name, last name, suffix, and birthday.

Use the respective dropdown menus to select your Nationality and Type of Registrant. Under Registration Type, you can choose if you will register as the “Owner”, Parent/Legal Guardian”, or an “Authorized Signatory/Representative”.

Under the “Where do you live” form, input your home address (unit number/house no/ building name), street, village/subdivision, province, city, barangay number, and zip code. Double-check your details then hit the blue “Next” button.

Under the “Verify your Identity” form, you need to select the valid ID that you want to upload and you have to input its ID number in the given space.

Afterward, hit the “Upload or take a photo” button to take a picture of your ID card or upload an existing photo. The maximum file size of your photo is 2MB and the accepted format are PNG, JPG, HEIC, or PDF.

Then you will be asked to upload a selfie photo. Use your smartphone or a digital camera to take your selfie. Then upload it on the website.

Afterward, hit the blue “Next” button to proceed to the next page.

Put a blue check mark on the respective box about the terms and conditions of your Globe SIM card registration then hit the blue “Submit” button.

Note: The mandatory pieces of information are those marked with a red asterisk.

Step 4: Receive a Registration Complete Notification from Globe/TM

Save a copy of your 26-digit reference code. According to the notification you need to save a copy of the code for future reference. Take a screenshot of your pc screen. Or you can use your smartphone to take a photo of your desktop screen. Globe will also send a text message notifying you of your successful registration.

Congratulations, your Globe SIM card is now registered via the Website.

How to Register Globe or TM SIM Card using the GlobeOne App

Step 1: Log in to your GlobeOne App Account

In your smartphone, open your Globeone App then enter your 11-digit Globe/TM SIM phone number in the given space, and then hit the blue “Continue” button.

Afterward, “Verify your number” by entering the 6-digit OTP (sent by Globe to your mobile number) in the given space.

Then use the onscreen keypad to type your 6-digit PIN to log in to your GlobeOne App.

Step 2: Go to Register Now (SIM Card Icon)

At the homepage of your GlobeOne App, go to the SIM card icon that has an orange “Register Now” message on top of it. Afterward, choose the prepaid SIM number that you want to register then hit the blue “Register SIM” button to begin with your SIM card registration.

Input the 6-digit OTP sent to your mobile phone to verify your number. The OTP will expire in 5 minutes so use it within that time frame.

Step 3: Input your Personal Information in the Online Form

Under the “Tell us about yourself” form input your first name, middle name, last name, suffix, and birthday.

Use the respective dropdown menus to select your Nationality and Type of Registrant. Under Registration Type, you can choose if you will register as the “Owner”, Parent/Legal Guardian”, or an “Authorized Signatory/Representative”.

Under the “Where do you live” form, input your complete address (unit number/house no/ building name), street, village/subdivision, province, city, barangay number, and zip code. Once done, hit the blue “Next” button.

Under the “Verify your Identity” form, you need to select the valid ID that you want to upload and manually input it in the given space its ID number.

Afterward, hit the “Upload or Take a Photo” button to take a photo of your valid ID card or you can also upload an existing photo of your ID card. The maximum file size of your photo is 2MB and the accepted format are PNG, JPG, HEIC, or PDF.

Then you will be asked to upload a selfie photo. Hit the “Upload / Take a Photo” button to allow the GlobeOne app to take your selfie.

There are instances that your cellphone camera will just show a black screen. If this happens, toggle the camera settings in your iPhone/Android to give camera access to the Globeone app.

Afterward, hit the blue “Next” button to proceed to the next page.

Put a blue check mark on the respective box about the terms and conditions of your Globe SIM card registration, then hit the blue “Submit” button.

Step 4: Receive a Notification from Globe to Confirm your Globe/TM SIM Card Registration

Save a copy of your 26-digit reference code. According to the notification you need to save a copy of the code for future reference.

Use your smartphone to take a photo of your desktop screen or take a screenshot of the screen by pressing “Shift + PRT Sc” on your desktop’s keyboard.

Congratulations, your Globe SIM card is now registered through the GlobeOne App.
