Based on my research Kimstore offers the cheapest price for HTC One X. I was able to buy from them for only P21600 (cash payment). Their price is much lower as compared to malls which sells the unit for P26K for same mode of payment.
HTC One X is my second purchase at Kimstore and here is my story. On 7am of Saturday I send several text messages to kimstore using my Sun TU200 unli text. I told them that I will buy HTC One X white version and I wanted to get the unit on that same day. We had several exchange of text messages. At first I wanted to do meet up, but since we were not able to have a definite meet up time I decided to drop by their place to get the unit. I arrived at their office at 2PM. I was immediately accommodated even though their staffs looks busy sorting and doing some quality test run with other gadgets they sell. In 30 minutes time I got the unit. 
If you wanted to get your desired mobile phone, tablets, SLR camera, or even laptop at very low price, I suggest you give kimstore a try. As for me, I am planning to have my third purchase from them once they start selling the iPad Mini.
