Today’s featured recruitment agency – MIP International Manpower Services, is already in the business of hiring and deployment of Filipino skilled workers for 21 years. The agency is one of the leading recruitment agencies in the Philippines that deploy OFWs to Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
Since its inception in 1994, the agency has expanded its network in manpower recruiting services. In the same year, MIP became a member of the Overseas Placement Association of the Philippines (OPAP) an association of licensed recruitment agencies in the country. A year after (1995), they were granted accreditation by Taiwan’s Council of Labor Affairs to provide manpower to Taiwan-based foreign employers.
MIP International Manpower Services has its own building. It became formally operational on April 2000. In 2001 the agency has acquired an ISO 9002 certification from TUV Management Services GmbH, a private certification body from Munich Germany.
Since 1994, MIP has already deployed 12,000 Filipino skilled workers to its overseas clients. They also received awards from the Philippine Overseas Employment Agency as one of the Top 15 performers because of their exemplary efforts in the recruitment process.
