MyPhone Rio Junior TV was included in the Halloween greeting poster uploaded by MyPhone on their official Facebook page on November 1, 2014.
It’s their latest android offering that has TV functionality priced at P1899. Aside from the said device, the poster also shows off other Rio series’ smartphones with their respective prices.
MyPhone Rio Junior TV seemed to have specs that are identical to Rio Junior, the difference perhaps is that the former has built-in TV to let the owner watch local TV shows while on-the-go. It is also priced P100 higher compared to the latter.
There are no details yet regarding the specs of Rio Junior TV based on their website and official Facebook page. But since the two Rio Juniors have the same display size (based on the poster) and have almost the same price, I would assume that they also have the same specifications, not including the TV functionality.
If that is the case, Rio Junior TV will be powered by a 1.3GHz Mediatek dual-core processor with a Mali-400MP GPU. It will run on Android 4.4.2 KitKat OS out of the box. It will have a 1.3MP rear camera with LED flash.
