How to Find the PhilHealth Branch Near You?

Where ever you are in the Philippines, one thing is for sure, there is a PhilHealth branch near you. In this part, I will show you the steps on how to find the PhilHealth branch close to your location.

Step 1: Visit the PhilHealth website and Go to Contact Us

Use your internet browser and type on the address bar PhilHealth’s official website which is www.philhealth.gov.ph. The latter will redirect you to the homepage of the government-run health insurance corporation. Go to the “Contact Us” link which you will find at the top right of the homepage.

Step 2: Select the Region of your location in the Philippines

Under the “Directory of Offices,” tap the dropdown menu to select the Region where you are currently located in the Philippines.

For example, if you are from Zamboanga, then you have to select “PRO IX” which stands for PhilHealth Regional Office 9 where Zamboanga is located. If you are from Legazpi, Albay, you have to select “PRO V” or PhilHealth Regional Office 5 where Legaspi City is located.

Aside from the Regional Offices, the directory will also show you the Local Health Insurance Offices, PhilHealth Express Branches, Satellite Offices, and Service Desks located in your chosen Region.

Step 3: Get the Details of the PhilHealth Office Near You and Visit it

As you may notice in Step 2. The PhilHealth website will show on your computer screen their numerous offices in your Region. What you need to do is browse the list and select the office close to your home address.

Afterward, get its details such as its office address, telephone numbers, and email address. Inquire to them about your concerns via a phone call, by sending them an email, or by just visiting their office during office hours.

*This blog is not related to philhealth. I just got the details from their official website ( philhealth.gov.ph ). For your own security please do not put on the comment section any of your personal information (phone numbers, complete name, address).

I am a member of Philhealth, contributing when I was still employed years ago, but since I am now unemployed I wish to continue my monthly payments. How do I go about this and how much monthly? I am now 59 years old. I hope you can help me regarding details of my case. Thank you.

    • mattscradle

I had an operation last October 3, 2012, it was my 1st time to use my Philhealth card since I was employed.
I had to shell out 20,000 for the fixator that was implant in my arms at the hospital (Marikina Valley Hospital) They say they don’t have that instrument and that we need to cash out the money and that’s what we do. Now my question is, can I file it to your office for refund since fixator is part of my hospitalization?

Thank you so much, hope to hear from you soon.

I am a philhealth member. I am an employed indivual. How can i update my philhealth profile because my status there is Married but i am Single. Our company is the one who applied for me.

Thank you. Hope you can help.

    • mattscradle

Hi Nelia, just go to the nearest philhealth office and apply for the status update. The process would only take 30 minutes.

Hi, I gave birth last January 21 but was unable to avail of the complete maternity care package because I was not the one who processed it. I want to file for reimbursement but since I am exclusively breastfeeding and there are no breastfeeding stations in the Philhealth offices, I can not process it myself. I would just like to inquire if I need to give an authorization letter to my sister if she will be the one to file the reimbursement on my behalf. Thank you!

  • Louverie Caser

I would also like to inquire if I am eligible for reimbursement? I was only able to avail of 3t for the maternity care package. The 2t from the professional fee of the doctor was not deducted. I was also not able to avail of the prenatal care package since the receipts were not submitted. Also, only 1250 was deducted for the newborn care package. I understand this is supposed to be 1750? Thank you so much for your help.
