Philippine Overseas Employment Agency (POEA) in coordination to Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) foreign satellite offices had issued the list of 41 countries that violate Section 3 of RA 10022 which aim in protecting the rights of the migrant workers.

11. East Tinor f Timor Leste
16. Kyrgyzstan / Kyrgyz Republic
30. St. Kitts and Nevis
31. St. Lucia
32. St. Vincent and the Grenadines
37. Turks and Caicos
39. US Virgin Islands
To know the complete list of countries that are compliant in protecting the rights of Overseas Filipino Workers, you can visit the website of POEA.
At the website there is a yellow square that says ‘Approved Job Orders of Licensed Recruitment Agencies. Go to that link, then choose ‘search approved job orders by country’, you will see all countries that are compliant with the policies of POEA.
