POEA List of 41 Countries that have Deployment Ban details

Philippine Overseas Employment Agency (POEA) in coordination with the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) foreign satellite offices had issued the list of 41 countries that violate Section 3 of RA 10022 which aim in protecting the rights of the migrant workers.

To know the complete list of countries that are compliant in protecting the rights of Overseas Filipino Workers, you can visit the website of POEA.

At the website there is a yellow square that says ‘Approved Job Orders of Licensed Recruitment Agencies. Go to that link, then choose ‘search approved job orders by country’, you will see all countries that are compliant with the policies of POEA. You may also call their hotline numbers or send them an email for your inquiries.

    what is the last list for the ban countries from POEA because there is some countries have been removed from this list, like Libya and south Sudan

    May we know the latest or updated list ( 2013 ) of ban deployment countries. Some country like EGYPT and others are not on the list. The information above is dated Nov.3 , 2011. We would appreciate more if you could update the following information for the our guide and reference.
