Verifying your PRC rating online is simple and requires no registration. But before that, prepare the following personal details as it will be asked when filling in the online verification form:

How to Verify the PRC Board Exam Rating Online

To verify the PRC Board Exam Rating online, go to the PRC website, then tap the verification link, tap the Verification of Rating Tab, fill in the required information, and tap the Verify button.

Step 1: Visit the PRC website and Proceed to the Verification link to check your exam score

The verification link is located on the upper left side of the LERIS website at http://online1.prc.gov.ph/.  No need to sign in with your account if your only purpose is to check your rating.

Step 2: Tap the “Verification of Rating” tab and Supply all the information asked

The online PRC form will ask you for information such as the examination name, examination date, application number, first name, last name, and Birthdate.

Fill in the details as accurately as possible. Otherwise, it may result in an error notification.

Step 3: Tap the Verify button

A pop-up window will appear showing your full name, application number, average score, and your ratings per subject that is tested in the exam. It will also show your overall average, and the remarks if you Passed or Failed your licensure exam.

PRC Online Verification of License by Name

To verify the PRC License by Name, go to the PRC website, then tap the Verification link, tap the Verification of License by Name tab, fill up the required information, and tap the Verify button.

The pop-up window will show you the details if the name you have searched is registered in PRC as a professional

The pop-up window will depict the details about the Full name of the professional, profession name, the initial registration date, and license expiration. It will also state if the PRC license is Valid or Expired.

Where can I find my PRC ID Number?

You can find your PRC ID Number on the front of your PRC ID card below your middle name. The PRC ID number is a 7-digit number that also serves as your unique registration number in the Professional Regulation Commission. The commission will assign it to you upon registration after you pass your board exam.
