Of course, this is possible if you know your username and/or the email address that you use the first time you create your account with the Tech-Voc institution.
How to Reset your e-TESDA Password Online
Step 1: Visit the e- tesda website to reset your password
The official website of Tesda Online Program is https://e-tesda.gov.ph. Visit the website using your favorite web browser.
At the homepage, go to “Log in” located at the top right corner of the page. Tap the link to see the popup menu.
Proceed to the “Forgotten your username or password” link. It is located between Log in and New account buttons.
Step 2: Choose how you will reset your password
There are two options to reset your tesda password. The first is by your username, and the second is by your email address: Search by username, Search by email address.
Select whichever is convenient for you. For example, if you do not know your username in TESDA then you can opt to reset your password using the email address that you use to register with e-tesda. On the other hand, you can simply input your username in the designated space. Afterward, hit the search button.
If TESDA has your record in their database then they will send to your email the instruction on how to access your account again. Otherwise, you won’t receive any emails.
Step 3: Login to your email to view the instruction from TESDA
Whatever your choice in Step 2, the TESDA website will send you an email with instructions on how to reset your password for your etesda account.
The email contains your username for your tesda online program account. It also contains a link that will redirect you to the “Forgot Password” page.
Here is a sample of the email that you will receive:
Hi MattsCradleTESDA,
A password reset was requested for your account ‘MattsCradleTESDA’ at TESDA Online Program.
To confirm this request, and set a new password for your account, please
go to the following web address:https://e-tesda.gov.ph/login/forgot_password.php?token=1234567890abcdefghi
(This link is valid for 240 minutes from the time this reset was first requested)If this password reset was not requested by you, no action is needed.

Once you receive this kind of email, you only have 240 minutes or 4 hours to use the link. If you fail to do so after the given validity time. This message will show up on TESDA’s page: “There is no record of that reset request. Please initiate a new password reset request.” If this is the case you have to repeat steps 1 and 2.
Step 4: Type your New TESDA Password twice in the given space
Your password must have a minimum of 8 characters. It should have at least 1 digit(s) and at least 1 lowercase letter(s). The tesda website will ask you to input your new password in the given space twice. Afterward, tap the “Save Changes” button.
The perfect example of an e- tesda password is “tesdapassword1”. As you can see, it has 14 characters which are above the minimum of 8 characters. Also, it contains 1 number and 1 lowercase letter.
Step 5: Gain access to your etesda account
Once you input your new preferred password. The website will redirect you to your etesda account. From this time and onwards, you can now browse your account. You can check the available online training and enroll in them. Also, you can view the certificates stored on your account.
