Step 1: Turn ON your EPSON All-in-One Printer
Plugin your EPSON All-in-One Printer into the power supply. Afterward, press its power button. Wait for a few minutes so the printer will be able to connect to the Wi-Fi network.
Step 2: Open the EPSON Scan 2 App on your PC
Press the “Windows” key on your keyboard or press the “Windows Icon” on your taskbar. Afterward, search for the EPSON Scan 2 App on the list of apps and open it.

Step 3: Setup your Epson’s Scanner Settings and Prepare your documents
Before you start scanning multiple documents and converting them into PDF format. You have to modify the settings of your Epson Printer scanner.
a. Select “Document Mode” under the Mode option.
b. Tick the “Add or edit pages after scanning.”
c. Under the Image Format, choose “PDF.”

Prepare the documents that you want to convert to PDF files. Arrange it by page number in chronological order. This process is important because if you arrange it wrongly then you have to restart the whole process.
Step 4: Scan all pages 1 by 1 using your EPSON Scan 2 App
Begin scanning your documents, start with Page 1.

a. Place “Page 1” of your document face-down on your printer’s Scanner Document Table. Afterward, press the “Scan” button located at the lower corner of your EPSON Scan 2 App. Once you are finished with it. A pop-up window will appear.

b. Before you press anything. Replace the document on the Scanner Document Table with “Page 2.” Then press the “Add” button to continue with the scanning process.
Once you are finished with it. The same pop-up window will appear.
c. Before you press anything. Replace the document with “Page 3.” Then press the “Add” button to continue with the process.
Repeat the a-b-c process until you are done scanning all your documents.
Step 5: Save the PDF version on your PC
Once you are finished with all of your documents, press the “Save” button to allow the Epson All-in-One Printer to combine all your PDF documents into one file.

As a result, a popup window will show up where you can find your consolidated PDF file.
You can change the name of your PDF file according to your preference so you can easily find it on your PC.
