I got informed by my brother a few days ago that Smart brings back the smart piso sale. My bro applied for HTC windows phone (Mozart) free at plan 500. Though, his application is not confirmed yet.
For those who are interested, this promo is open to current and prospective smart postpaid holders and applicants. I think it had the name piso sale since literally you would only pay 1 peso for the handset of your choice unlike before that you have to cash out huge sum to acquire the handset apart from the monthly postpaid bill. Lock-in period is 24 months and pre- termination charge begins with 10K pesos. If you plan to apply for HTC Mozart my bro told me that pre- termination fee is around 24K pesos.
