SSS Hotline Lists to Talk to a Customer Service Agent

SSS has hotlines (telephone lines) in the Philippines and abroad that you can call to communicate with the customer service representative of the Social Security System. You should call these SSS hotlines during office hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, Mondays to Fridays (except on Public Holidays).

Through these hotlines, you can inquire about updates on your benefits claims, loan status, and registration status, or when you are unable to access your sss account online. In this way, you do not need to travel for hours to get to a satellite office from nearby cities for your sss-related questions.

When you call these SSS telephone lines the customer service staff will ask for your information to verify your identity and will ask about your concern. So, before you call their hotline, ensure that you have the necessary supporting documents at hand. For example, you can prepare your UMID ID card, CRN, birth certificate, marriage contract, and/or transaction number.

Please exercise patience when you call the hotlines. It may take time for the sss customer representatives to answer your call because they are also attending to the concerns of other members. It is also advisable that you prepare the questions that you want to ask beforehand. It will help you to have a smooth conversation with the SSS Customer Service Representative.

In my example in the photo, I select “Luzon” as my region, then I select “Calamba” as the branch location.  Based on the information that I input, SSS shows the address, telephone numbers, and email addresses of their SSS branch in Calamba.

If you are residing overseas. Select “Foreign” under Region. Afterward, select the country of your location to see the address and contact details of the sss office in your country.
