List of SSS Hotline Telephone Numbers [2022]

When there is no sss branch in your city or province, your other option is to call the sss hotline numbers to talk to their customer service representative. They are happy to assist you during office hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday (except on public holidays).

You can inquire by phone about updates on your benefits claims, loan status, registration status, or when you are unable to access your my.sss account. In this way, you do not need to travel for hours to get to a satellite office from nearby cities for your sss-related concerns.

The customer service staff will ask for information to verify your identity and will ask about your concern. So, before you call their hotline make sure that you have at hand the necessary supporting documents.

For example, if you do not know your sss number, then the possible supporting document that you need to prepare is your birth certificate, CRN or UMID ID card. If your concern is “change of status” from single to married then the possible supporting document is your marriage contract. The last example is if you will inquire for an update about your “member data change request” then you need to prepare your transaction number.

Please exercise patience when you call their hotlines. It may take time for the sss customer representatives to answer your call because they are also attending to the concerns of other members. It is also advisable that you prepare the questions that you want to ask beforehand. It will help you to have a smooth conversation with the sss personnel.

In my example in the photo, I select “Luzon” as my region, then I select “Calamba” as the branch location.  Based on the information that I input, SSS shows the address, telephone numbers, and email addresses of their SSS branch in Calamba.

If you are residing overseas. Select “Foreign” under Region. Afterward, select the country of your location to see the address and contact details of the sss office in your country.
