SSS branch in Pasay is very accessible. This past week, I was able to visit the branch, it is basically just in front of the building where the NSO Pasay branch resides and is just walking distance from the Philippine National Bank (PNB) building.

The fastest way is to ride LRT 1 then get off at Gil Puyat station. In front of Jac Liner bus terminal, ride a multi cab passenger jeep then tell the driver to drop you off at SSS.
If you have planned to visit SSS Pasay, based on my experience it would be better to go to the place before 8AM or early as 9AM. If you plan to go there in the afternoon, that best time to arrive there would be at 2PM.
