This popular theme park in Pasay is one of my family’s go to place during the holiday season. We go here to experience rides such as Anchors Away (now Vikings) and of course the timeless Ferris Wheel (now Giant Star Wheel). We also enjoy to roam around the theme park because most of its facilities are air-conditioned.
Star City is located at Vicente Sotto corner Magdalena Jalandoni Street. CCP Complex, Roxas Boulevard in Pasay City, Philippines 1300.
Star City Entrance Rates
The theme park currently sells two types of tickets which are the Star Pass and the Star Pass plus Snow World.
- Star Pass ticket price is Php 549. This type of ticket allows the holder access to the theme park and all its rides.
- Star Pass plus Snow World ticket price is Php 709. This type of ticket allows the holder access to the theme park and all its rides plus access also to Snow World.

- Kiddie Rides: Kiddie Bumper Cars, Kiddie Wheel, Mini Pirate Ship, Quack Quack, Frosty Train, Kid’s Playland
- Teen and Adult Rides: Tornado Ride, Music Express, Bumper Car Smash, Jumping Star
- Family Rides: Grand Carousel, Super Telecombat, Wacky Worm, Giant Star Wheel, Egyptian Spinning Coaster, Central Park Carousel, Lolly Swing, Fun Swing, Mini Rocking Tug, Antique Cars.
- Extreme Rides: Star Frisbee, Jungle Splash, Seahorse Viking, Star Flyer, Surf Dance

How to Go to Star City by Public Transportation
This theme park is very accessible as it is within the vicinity of the Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP) in Pasay City. From Manila city, you can get to Star City in 5 minutes time. It is also just 15 minutes away if you will be coming from Makati city. Quezon City residents can get to the place in around 15 minutes by taking the Espana road, and just 30 minutes if via EDSA. The Manila domestic and international airports are also just 15 minutes away from Star City. Here are some of the ways to go to the theme park:
From Monumento
Ride any jeep with signboard Vito Cruz / La Salle, Buendia, Baclaran, or Pasay via Taft Avenue. Make sure that you ride the jeep that passes by Taft Avenue. Tell the driver to drop you off at Torre Lorenzo Plaza building. The latter is at the corner of Ocampo Street and Taft Avenue.
Alternatively, you can ride LRT at Monumento station then alight at Vito Cruz station. From there walk towards Torre Lorenzo Plaza building.
Walk towards Rizal Memorial Coliseum at Ocampo street. Then on the side of the coliseum ride the orange jeep. These jeeps go through the CCP complex. Tell the driver to drop you off in front of Star City.
From Cubao, Quezon City
Ride jeep with signboard Vito Cruz via Taft Avenue. Tell the driver to drop you off at Torre Lorenzo Plaza. At Ocampo Street walk towards Rizal Coliseum. From there ride orange jeep. Tell the driver that you will go to Star City.
Alternatively, ride LRT 2 at Cubao Araneta station then alight at Recto station. From there take the bridge going to LRT 1 Doroteo Jose station. Ride LRT 1 bound to Baclaran then alight at Vito Cruz Station. Walk towards Torre Lorenzo Plaza. At Ocampo street walk towards the Rizal Coliseum then ride orange jeep. Tell the driver to drop you off at Star City.
From Quezon City
At Quezon Avenue ride jeep with signboard TM Kalaw. Alight at TM Kalaw. Then, walk towards Taft Avenue. At the latter ride jeep with signboard such as Pasay, Baclaran, Vito Cruz via Taft Avenue. Tell the driver to drop you off at Torre Lorenzo Plaza in Vito Cruz. At Ocampo street walk towards the Rizal Coliseum. At the side of the coliseum ride the orange jeep. Tell the driver to drop you off at Star City.
From Baclaran
Ride jeep bound to Monumento or Divisoria via Taft Avenue. Alight at Vito Cruz LRT station. Cross the road then go to Torre Lorenzo Plaza in Ocampo Street corner Taft Avenue. In Ocampo street walk towards Rizal Coliseum then at the side of the building ride orange jeep. Tell the driver to drop you off at Star City.
Alternatively, ride LRT 1 in Baclaran station then alight at Vito Cruz station. From there walk towards Torre Lorenzo Plaza. Along Ocampo street walk towards Rizal Coliseum. At the side of the building ride orange jeep then alight at Star City.

By Private Transportation
If you will bring your own can or van, please take a look at this map. Actually, it is very easy to find as the main landmark is the CCP complex itself. If you will be coming from Vito Cruz or Roxas Boulevard, the theme park is on the left side of the complex.

If coming from sampaloc get to doroteo jose LRT station ride LRT then alight at Quirino Station. Read the instruction along the post. :-)

Hi as far as I know pag nag avail ka ng ride all you can yun na din yung mag serve as your entrance fee. I’m not sure kung open na yung pirate adventure di pa ulit ako nakaka visit sa Star City eh.
