All about Singapore!

Singapore is a country in Southeast Asia official named “The Republic of Singapore.” It is one of the founding members of ASEAN or the Association of Southeast Asian Nations.

The city-states’ official languages are English, Malay, Tamil, and Mandarin Chinese. Among the languages mentioned, Malay is their national language. As of 2018, SG has a population of 5.8 million.

It is located southwest of the Philippines. The distance from Manila to Singapore is around 2391 km. By air, it would take around 3 hours and 40 minutes to reach SG from MNL.

As of the writing, 1 SG dollar is around 35.60 Philippine peso.

Singapore’s notable tourist attractions are the Merlion park, the iconic Marina Bay sands hotel, Sentosa Island, and Gardens by the Bay.

There is also a handful of theme parks and rides that SG can offer. These are Universal Studios Singapore, Adventure Cove Waterpark, Sentosa Luge and Sky Ride, Singapore Flyer, and S. E. A. Aquarium.

Legoland Malaysia is also just 1 hour away from Singapore by bus.
