Here are some schools that offer tesda accredited butchery / slaughtering NC course in the Philippines. I recently received a comment in one of my Tesda related posts from a tesda accredited meat cutting school eSynergy International somewhere in Imus Cavite.
According to them, several countries such as New Zealand, Canada, and Australia needs a total of 10,000 butchers, meat cutters / slaughtering workers to fill up their manpower requirements. This is yet good news to aspiring Filipinos who plan to work abroad. Aside from the mentioned school, there are other TESDA training centers that offer the course. See the details below.

1. TESDA Registration no – WTR 0904A-022437 Slaughtering / Abattoir Operations NC II Tesda Course
Training Fee is P24000 for Cash basis or P25000 if paid in 2 installments. There is approximately 35 days to complete the training
Week One – Classroom Training: Monday to Saturday 1pm-5pm
Week Two – Actual Hands on Training (Practicum): Monday to Saturday 2:30- 6:00pm
2. Meat Cutting / Butchering Course
Training Fee is P25000 for Cash basis or P26,000 if paid in 2 installments. There is approximately 25 days to complete the training
Classroom Training: Monday to Saturday 1pm-5pm
Actual Hands on Training (Practicum): Tues-Sunday 7:00am-11:30am

Tesda Butchery / Slaughtering Schools in Pangasinan and La Union
MMS Development Training Center, a tesda accredited is offering trainings for the said skill. The training will cost about P20,000 (provincial rate) and will run for 35 days. How long is the Tesda Slaughtering NC II Course?
Based on the schools that offer the course, on average, it would take 280 hours of training to complete the Slaughtering Operations NC II for Swine and 360 hours of training for Large Animals.
It is advisable to check with the respective schools about their training schedule.
