The tuition fee is free for all the TESDA online courses. To enroll, students should register an account through https://e-tesda.gov.ph and then follow the instruction for enrollment. Prepare a valid email account. You will use it during the registration and enrollment process.

How to Register for TESDA Online Courses
Before you can enroll in the available online classes, you first need to register for an online account. Follow these 3 easy steps to complete your registration.
Step 1: Visit the e-tesda.gov.ph to register for a New Account
Go to the “Not yet Registered?” link which you find in the upper right portion of the home page. The link will redirect you to a new page where you need to fill up an online form.
In the given space, type in your preferred username and password. Remember that the password requirement is at least 8 characters with at least 1 number and 1 lowercase letter.
You also need to type additional details such as your Personal information including your email address, first name, surname, and country of location.
The website also requests you to supply your complete mailing address such as your house number, street name, barangay number, region, and contact number. Agree with the privacy disclaimer to continue with the new account registration process.
Double-check the information that you input into tesda’s online database. Afterward, hit the “Create my new account” link.
Step 2: Check your email for the confirmation link
Visit your email account depending on your service provider. My example here is yahoo mail. So, what I did is visit yahoo.com then go to yahoo mail to log in.
Search your inbox folder for the confirmation email that tesda sent. The usual subject title is “Tesda Online Program: Account Confirmation.” The email has the link to confirm your new account. Visit the link. Alternatively, you can copy and paste it on the address bar and press enter on your keyboard.
Step 3: TESDA confirms your Registration
If you are successful with the account registration you will be redirected to TESDA online program home page. After that, TESDA will inform you that your registration was confirmed. You can see the notification in the upper middle portion of the homepage. Go to the “Continue” (blue button) link to login with your online account.
At this point, you are now logged in and can view your dashboard. I suggest that you browse the dashboard to get familiar with its features. You can now proceed with the enrollment process.
How to Enroll in TESDA Online Courses 2023
These enrollment steps come after registering for an online account. If you haven’t so, you can follow the steps above.
Step 1: Visit the e-tesda website and Login into your Account
At the upper center part of the homepage, log in with your account. Type in your username and password and then hit the blue arrow or the log-in box.
Step 2: Browse the list of Online Courses
Hover your mouse over the Courses link in the Navigation bar. There are numerous courses that you can choose from.
There are courses in Information Technology, Electrical and Electronics, Entrepreneurship, Air Conditioning, Maritime, and Tourism sectors. Just select the course that you want to study for the time being.
Step 3: Enroll in the Course
In this part, I supposed that you have decided on what course to take. Go to the “Enroll Me in this Course” link and then proceed to “Enrol Me.”
My example here is the “Fruit Grower” course under the Agriculture category. It is actually up to you what course to take.
Step 4: Congratulations You are Now Enrolled in the Course
View the available module for the course. Study all the lessons per module and watch the video tutorials (if there are any). Study at your own pace and on your own time.
After you enrolled in the online course, Tesda will send you an email welcoming you to the course. Here is a sample of the email that I have received from e-tesda.gov.ph.

What are the Benefits of Taking Online Classes in TESDA
You can learn Multiple skills for Free
There are numerous courses that are included in the Tesda Online Program database. You have a wide range of choices. Examples of the courses are related to Computers, Tourism, Food and Beverage, Housekeeping, and Technical. The lessons are held online which means you can study many modules as long as it fits your schedule.
What’s awesome is it’s free as in no tuition fee. After finishing your chosen program. You can go to the respective assessment centers to take the face-to-face examination. If you pass the test, you can receive the national certificate (NC).

Tesda online courses are free.Just follow the instructions on how to register and enroll.After all set and done, you just need to read and study at your own convenience the modules of the course you have chosen. Now in order to get a National Certificate for credential,go to the nearest TESDA office in your place and you will have a trade test/assessment. Some TESDA offices have accredited training centers where you can do the assessment with minimal fee.Then if you pass the assessment you will be receiving the certificate. I have tried registering to their online course, but it always shows error on registration and that the website cannot send email. The email confirmation is needed so you can login and if the website cannot send an email confirmation then it’s impossible. Also, if you click on more details, you will see that the website is using Moodle as website host. Wow! For a government agency to use Moodle? Don’t they have a lot of budget to use for their website? I have tried emailing them but they don’t reply.

People, go to Tesda’s website itself and start from there. Remember this is an online course so you know that you direct your questions to their website’s “contact us” column. Also, when it says email confirmation that means open your email (the email you submitted to tesda) because it is there that they will send the confirmation or that their verification process succeeded. For Technical on-line courses such as Web Dev. or CAD/CAM, it may help to advise on the requirement before enrolling. Example: for WEB development, it might be necessary for the student to have an installed CSS3 in his PC for hand on practice. For CAD, it might be necessary to have an autocad installed in his PC.

You can get your digital certificate of completion online after you finished the online course. If you want to get a National Certificate (NC) you need to take a face to face exam at respective tesda assessment centers based in the Philippines.
