United Parcel Service Email Scam (UPS)

I have checked my e-mail today you know what I’ve received a lot of spam emails from United Parcel Service. I don’t usually erase spam because sometimes there are emails which are now supposed to be there and yet Yahoo mistakenly identified it as a spam. So before I erase all of it I make sure to read the names of the person that sends it.

Usually if this the case I delete it immediately due to the face that not in anyway I did not avail of their service this fast few months or probably not in seven years. The question next is why would they know my email and why would I have received an email notification from them (UPS). My answer without second thought is it is an SCAM. For the benefit of this blog’s reader below is the enclosed message in the email:

Dear customer.

The parcel was sent to your home address.
And it will arrive within 3 business day.
More information and the tracking number are attached in the document below.

Thank you.
1994-2011 United Parcel Service of America, Inc.

Kind check if we have received the same message. If your answer is yes then for sure it is a SCAM. So I suggest you delete it immediately to keep you safe from any form of Trojan viruses that would try to infiltrate your so called “my precious” computer.

Hope this would help. Please share or like on facebook so others will know about this United Parcel Service Email Scam, thanks.
